You can return an item to us for a refund for 60 days after you received it, so long as they are unworn and in resaleable condition.

We charge £3.99 to cover the cost of the return, which is deducted from your refund. We normally process returns daily, but please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be back in your account.

Items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition, will not be refunded. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for underwear including socks.

Go to your account - click on the person icon on the top right of the page, which will link to your order, after you enter your email address. This method is the quickest way to get your refund processed.
