Love it going to order other colour if it's still there
Dear Secret Label, it's a bit ironic my getting the email asking me what I think of the Half Zip Fleece Top because I have yet to receive it! Apparently my order was sent to the wrong customer so at the moment SL is waiting to receive it back from the person it was sent to, and then it will be sent out to me once SL have received it. I absolutely realise this was not the fault of the person I spoke to on the telephone but I did feel that her customer service manner could have been a bit better. She hardly apologised, made it plain she hadnt been at work on the day it was despatched, and thinks it will be with me next week - about 2 weeks since it was dispatched on 22nd. This is really disappointing. I wonder if I could at least have the postage refunded?
I look forward to receiving it and very much hope it will be with me before the end of next week. Thankyou

Lovely lightweight wide leg jeans.true to size and looked great on. I bought short and they don't need taking up. I'm 5' 3" tall

Exactly what I wanted. Delivery was quick and the whole experience of shopping was excellent.
Great jacket. Lots of pockets, fits well. Collar good when it's cold. Saves me carrying a handbag. Reasonably priced as well.
I would give zero stars if that was possible.
The jumper was very thin and poor quality, but the main issue was the size of the neck hole. It was so tiny, it was actually impossible to put on. Please don't waste your money.

I was really looking forward to wearing these, but they were very small & not very wide legged. Perhaps ordering two sizes larger would have given the effect in the photo.
I took a plunge ordering this colour but it is actually really nice, zingy citrusy colour which, to my surprise, looks great and fresh.The cardigan feels soft and fits well. I would definitely recommend to get one if you’re hesitating.
These trousers are of good quality, great dark navy colour. I got the long length as regular wasn’t available, but it still looks good. Very generous around the waist . I’m happy with my purchase.

Nice dress I was quite impressed with it
The jumper was in a sealed bag and once opened there was an awful fusty smell coming from the jumper. I couldn’t bear to try it on. I’ve washed it and the smell has gone. The neck hole is very small and I struggled to get it over my head. It’s quite a close fit. I buy regularly from Sea Salt and was very surprised and disappointed.
Ordering delivery all good and quality excellent
Easy wear soft jersey fabric. Not sure how it will wash but so far so good.
Well this is massive for a size small....bought as a present and I didn't want to pay to return it.
