I ordered a turtle neck jumper

I ordered a turtle neck jumper. When it came it was a polo neck. I had to email 3 times and ask in the end if it was a generic email as none of my questions were answered. I don't think I'll be ordering again as it's still being advertised as a turtle neck

Nice lightweight knit and true to size.I liked
the ivory colour and fit very much. The only downside was when I took it out of the inner plastic bag I noticed a darker mark on the edge of the roll neck at the back.
I decided to keep it thinking that being at the back
of the neck it would be covered by my hair if I couldnt remove it.
However I rubbed it very carefully with a bit of light coloured soap and a white cloth and eventually it came out.

I dried it carefully and its perfect now.
