You need to provide lengths on your website

I had to buy these crops in both Short and Extra Short because your website does not state the exact length - only the Regular length. I asked for help using the Chat service on your site and also in one of your Facebook posts but there was no answer. I guess you do not have an actual Customer Service team. My Chat on your website is still open and saying that someone will answer! This means I now have the faff of returning one pair and you will deduct £3.99, which doesn’t seem very fair when it is due to your lack of basic information. I am keeping the Extra Short pair and they are great.

Finally an elasticated waistband that actually fits in size 10

I am 5’ 3” and size 10 but with a menopausal pot belly, so I still like an elasticated waist. I have been really struggling to find trousers with decent strong elastic in the waistband. Every clothes manufacturer seems to be making them with very loose waists. Finally success - these crops actually fit! Strong elastic is all that’s needed. One star off because I prefer 100% cotton in hot weather, but this fabric does feel very similar to cotton, being approximately half and half. I also appreciate the discount on a Marks & Spencer end of line item. For anyone else of the same height reading this - the inside leg is 20”

Reasonable fit but didn’t like the fabric at all - I thought it looked inferior. It also arrived full of creases and remained that way even after hanging up. I therefore returned them.
