I ordered a size 12. Received a size 14.
Have been trying to return on your portal but first it asked me to sign in on another device . Then asked for card details which I believe is not necessary. Emailed you to ask for a QR code to be sent to my email address for return.
Given a number and am waiting to hear back.
Also with this original order which was 5 items I have only received 2. Wondering when I will receive the 3 outstanding items as my account continually says processing.

Great chinos very comfortable .I have two pairs originally from M&S which are a size 14S,however I had to go up a size to 16S .The 14 was just a bit tight on waist .Short length prefect for me I am 5ft 3.

Oh terrible service. I ordered two pairs of black chinos sz 14 R. It was indicated in my order email confirmation what I ordered.
However, company sent instead of sz 14R two pairs of black chinos sz 18 R.

Now I have to return it and however I feel dissapointed in services provided to me by Secret Sales.

I love this skirt it's cool and hangs nicely, my only negative is the elastic waist does not have much stretch and if you are over 34" hip it is hard to pull up. I am 34" and it's very difficult to pull over my hips.
